VINNYTSIA NATIONAL AGRARIAN UNIVERSITY SIGNED A TRIPARTITE MEMORANDUM OF FURTHER COOPERATION WITH VINNYTSIA CITY COUNCIL AND VINNYTSIA MUNICIPAL INNOVATION CENTER

The first Business Development and Innovation Fair was held on December 20, 2019. It was attended by about 50 SMEs, and 20 developers / innovators presented their projects. The aim of the event is to support regional development, develop the innovation potential of higher education institutions in Vinnytsia region and cooperate with business and science resources. The event was organized by the Regional Development Agency of Vinnytsia Region with the support of Vinnytsia Region State Administration for the Small and Medium Business Enterprise Implementation Plan of Vinnytsia Region up to 2020.

Anastasіia Hyzhko, director of the Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency, addressed the participants of the seminar with a welcome speech. She introduced the Agency as a communication platform, establishing relations with local or regional authorities concerning development of small and medium-sized enterprises, regional development, and attraction of investments. The Agency also takes a number of steps to improve the business environment and image of the area. 

Developer / innovator presentations have been made in the fields of alternative energy, energy efficiency, medicine, printing, as well as information technology and innovation infrastructure.

Vinnytsia National Agrarian University, Vinnytsia National Technical University, Vinnytsia National Medical University named after Mykola Pirohov, Energy Pool Cluster and others participated at the first Business Development and Innovation Fair.

Vinnytsia National Agrarian University was presented by three teams at the Fair. Vibration Mill for the Mechanical Activation of Bulk Materials, Development of Energy Efficient Equipment to Ensure Regulatory Parameters of The Microclimate in Livestock Premises, Dehydrators for Food Processing were our innovations. The innovation of Vibration Mill for the Mechanical Activation of Bulk Materials was especially noted. It was developed by a team headed by Inna Honcharuk, the Vice-Rector for Science, Innovation and International Affairs. Anastasіia Hyzhko, the head of the Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency said, “Thanks to such developments, we have the hope that our science will emerge from the economic crisis.” 

Our three teams were awarded by diplomas, and Vinnytsia National Agrarian University was awarded by a special diploma of appreciation. At the end of the competition, 4 best innovations have been changed, i.e. Vibration Mill for the Mechanical Activation of Bulk Materials (VNAU); Augmented Reality Technology as a Method / Philosophy of Education (Oleksandr Muzyka); Devices for Multiprofessional Rehabilitation (Vinnytsia National Medical University named after Mykola Pirohov); SV-eco Solar Concentrator (Energy Pool Cluster), which have received certificates of 10,000 UAH.
